Service Description

This package is perfect if your child has one or two specific sleep issues and you are confident you don't need one-on-one support. I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire, so I have all the information I need to give you the best advice. We will connect on the phone (or video!) and I will answer all of your questions and email you a reference guide after our call. Includes: -Intake questionnaire -45 minutes on the phone with the Certified Sleep Coach of your choice! -Written expert advice -Follow up 30-minute call a week after you start Leaves you with: Feeling ready to rock with whichever sleep hurdle your little one is experiencing. *Please book your call at least 48 hours away, so I have time to write your Custom Sleep Plan!
